Bracket order

What it does: places an entry order together with pre-set take profit and stop loss orders as a packaged structure.

Typical use: rule-based entries with defined risk and target from the moment the trade is opened.

Key parameters: entry (price/type), take profit level, stop loss level, and quantity.

Tradeoff: enforces discipline and reduces operational load, but can be less flexible if you plan to manage exits manually.

Example: place a limit buy entry at 60,000 with take profit at 61,200 and stop at 59,500; once the entry fills, the exit legs are ready.
