How to Deposit USDC

1024EX supports USDC deposits through crypto transfer and, where available, cash-to-crypto deposit options.

You can choose the deposit method that works best for you.

Step 1 — Open the Deposit Window

After signing in to 1024EX, click your account or wallet area in the top-right corner.

Select Deposit.

A deposit window will appear showing your current 1024EX balance.

Step 2 — Choose a Deposit Method

You will see two deposit options:

• Use Crypto
• Use Cash

Option A — Use Crypto

Select Use Crypto if you want to deposit USDC from a wallet or exchange.

If you already have a connected wallet, it may appear under Connected.

You can also choose Transfer Crypto under Other Options to deposit from an external wallet or exchange.

Step 3 — Select Transfer Crypto

Click Transfer Crypto.

1024EX will show the supported deposit options, including the available asset and network.

Before continuing, make sure you are depositing:

• the correct asset: USDC
• on a supported network
• to the correct deposit address

Step 4 — Copy the Deposit Address

After selecting the supported network, your deposit address will be displayed.

You can either:

• click Copy Address and paste it into your wallet or exchange, or
• scan the QR code with your wallet app

Always confirm that the network selected in your wallet or exchange matches the network shown on 1024EX.

Step 5 — Send USDC from Your Wallet or Exchange

On your wallet or exchange withdrawal page:

1. Paste the 1024EX deposit address.
2. Select the correct network.
3. Enter the amount of USDC you want to deposit.
4. Review the details carefully.
5. Confirm the transfer.

Gas Fee Reminder

Crypto transfers require gas fees.

Make sure your wallet has enough native token to pay for gas on the selected network.

For example:

• Ethereum network requires ETH for gas.
• Other supported networks may require their own native gas token.

If you do not have enough gas, your transfer may fail.

Option B — Use Cash

Select Use Cash if you want to deposit using a supported fiat payment method.

Availability may depend on your region and the payment methods supported by the payment provider.

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the deposit.

After Deposit

Once the transfer is confirmed on-chain, your USDC balance will appear in your 1024EX account.

You can then use your balance to trade, manage positions, or participate in event markets.

Important Notes

• Only deposit supported assets and networks.
• Do not send unsupported tokens to your 1024EX deposit address.
• Sending funds on the wrong network may cause delays or permanent loss.
• Always double-check the deposit address before confirming a transfer.
